About Us
Steve and Sarah Rattan are a dynamic father-daughter duo that have each been in the equine industry their entire lives. Steve and Sarah have a diverse equine background ranging from different show pens to the pasture. This allows them to offer a limitless range of horses to the public that are diverse in discipline and would suit your everyday beginner to your avid horseman looking to win a check. They pride themselves in being different from the rest that are in this industry and offer quality, honest mounts that everyone can enjoy.

We offer horses that can take you down the trail safely, get the job done, or take you to the pay window and win you a buckle.

Cash or direct wire transfers only. We can accept credit cards but an interest fee will be added. PayPal will be accepted for holding deposits ONLY.

Holding deposits are 20% of the horse"s asking price, lasts 72hrs, and are nonrefundable under any circumstances. The holding deposit is credited to the sell price once purchased.

If our schedule allows it and you are within a reasonable distance, we can deliver a horse to you for $1 per loaded mile within the state of Texas. Delivery rates change for out of state. If we are unable to deliver the horse ourselves, we can put you in contact with a few reputable haulers to use.

If you do not get a PPE done before purchasing a horse, it will sell AS IS. Pre purchase exams are always welcome at the expense of the buyer. Any known pre-existing conditions or soundness concerns will be disclosed to the buyer before horse is purchased.

All horses we sell will come with a current coggins and bill of sale. If a health certificate is needed, that expense is up to the buyer. If you purchase a horse sight unseen, pictures of the bill of sale will be sent to you and confirmation that you agree to the bill of sale will need to be sent back.

Refunds will not be given on any horse sold. All horses bought through us come with the guarantee that for as long as you own the horse, you can send it back to us for a 30 day refresher for free. We just ask that you supply or pay for their feed while with us.
